From outdoor games to arts and crafts sessions, there was never a dull moment. The inclusive atmosphere at the hotel made our stay truly special. As a cultural tour guide passionate about Vietnamese traditions, I was delighted to see my children learning about the local culture through various interactive experiences organized by the hotel. Despite a minor hiccup with the pool, the staff promptly addressed the issue, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. Overall, Upper House Sapa provided us with a warm and welcoming environment, perfect for families looking to immerse themselves in both comfort and culture.
